Hours of Operation
We take orders through our Web Site 24/7. Our office hours are Monday - Friday 9AM - 6PM EST. Feel free to contact us with any questions or to place a order over the phone.
Processing and Shipping
All orders will take at least one to three business days to process. We are a very small company and keep our prices extremely low by avoiding a large quantity of products in stock. If you happen to order a product that is not currently in stock we will instantly order your item from one of our many suppliers and ship it out as soon as possible. In some cases we will ship it directly from the supplier to save on shipping cost and shipping time to our customer. Because of the various configurations and length of cable runs, our Fiber Optic Star Panel kits are a custom product and average about 14 days for manufacturing and processing.
We use UPS and FedEx for all of our shipping. Because of the size of some of our items, only ground service is offered through web site purchases. Special shipping accommodations can be made while making a phone order. The shipping cost is based on the total weight of the order. International Orders - for a shipping quote please email

Warranty, Returns, and Damaged products
All of our products come with a 4 month warranty. This warranty does not include damages that are caused by the customer.
If you need to return a item we will charge a 25% restocking fee. We will also require you to pay for shipping the product back to our facility. We do not accept any returns for our Fiber Optic Star Panel kits, any product that is cut (cable), or any product damaged by the customer. You have 2 business days *** after you receive your order to contact us for returns. Once we receive the products back, we will issue you a Credit Card or PayPal refund. If your products are damaged during shipping contact us immediately. All items are insured for the sale price. You have 2 business days *** after receiving your product to report any damaged items. After that time expires we can no longer file claims for damaged materials and you will have to replace the items at your cost. *** Based on individual circumstances exceptions are possible but you will be charged an additional $50 penalty
