Processing and Shipping
We are a small company and keep our prices extremely low by avoiding a large quantity of products in stock. In some cases we will ship it directly from the supplier to save on shipping cost and shipping time to our customer. Our Star Panel Kits are special order and can take up to 3-4 weeks for delivery.
We use UPS and FedEx for all of our shipping. International Orders - we use UPSP Priority Mail service for international orders. The shipping cost for international orders is a set price is $57.95. Warranty, Returns, and Damaged products
StarCeiling123 warrants to the Purchaser that each Product manufactured and sold will be free from defects in material and workmanship in its intended use (normal wear and tear excepted) for the period of one year from date of purchase (the invoice date). We will provide you with a prepaid mailing label to ship the unit back to us and we will repair the unit if possible. If not, we will replace the unit and ship it back to you. This warranty does not include damages that are caused by the customer. Outside of 1 year you can ship any non working items back to us and we will repair if possible.
If you need to return an item we will charge a 25% restocking fee. We will also require you to pay for shipping the product back to our facility. We do not accept any returns for our Fiber Optic Star Panel kits, any product that is cut (fiber optic end glow and side glow cable), or any product damaged by the customer. You have 2 business days *** after you receive your order to contact us for returns. Once we receive the products back, we will issue you a Credit Card or PayPal refund.
If your products are damaged during shipping contact us immediately. All items are insured for the sale price. You have 2 business days *** after receiving your product to report any damaged items. After that time expires we can no longer file claims for damaged materials and you will have to replace the items at your cost.
